During this stage, you will also be informed about the general market prices, import duties, and other essential details to help you plan your purchase smoothly.
After identifying your needs, we will present you with two options. You can either choose a vehicle directly from our available stock or enter the live auction system for a more customized selection. If you select the auction method, our team will shortlist vehicles that match your criteria and provide you with complete information, including auction sheets, mileage, vehicle grades, photographs, and estimated prices. You will have the freedom to carefully review all the available choices before deciding which vehicle you want us to bid on.
Once you confirm the vehicle for bidding, we require an advance payment as security to participate in the auction. This advance is fully refundable if the bid is unsuccessful. After receiving your payment, we will create a private WhatsApp group exclusively for you, where you will receive live updates on the bidding process. Our team will communicate with you directly, sharing the progress and any developments regarding your selected vehicle.
When we successfully secure your selected vehicle through the auction, we will immediately notify you and issue a detailed invoice reflecting the final cost, including all related charges. If, for any reason, the bidding is not successful, we will refund your full advance payment without any deductions. This ensures that you are fully protected throughout the process.
After confirmation, we will begin preparing all necessary export documentation and handle the shipping arrangements. Our team takes care of everything, including shipping schedules, export clearance, and coordination with shipping lines. We will also assist you by preparing all the required documents for Sri Lankan customs clearance in advance to avoid unnecessary delays upon arrival.
Once your vehicle arrives at the Sri Lankan port, Premium Wheels will manage the entire customs clearance procedure. Our experienced team will handle all import duties, government taxes, port charges, and any additional documentation required. We will keep you updated during this process and ensure that everything is completed smoothly and legally without hidden charges or unexpected fees.
Upon successful clearance of the vehicle, we will inform you of the final payable amount. After settling the balance, you can collect the vehicle from our premises, or we can arrange for delivery directly to your location. Our delivery is handled with care to ensure that your vehicle reaches you in perfect condition.
